Martin Goodwin — President and Co-Founder

Mr. Goodwin is the visionary creator of IT Retail. He has 40 years of retail grocery experience, most recently as the vice president of administration for Goodwin's Markets, a grocery enterprise owned by the Goodwin family. Through his knowledge and expertise he formulated the idea for IT Retail and the RETAIL software application. Mr. Goodwin received his Bachelor's and certified specialist degree from USC in Food Marketing Management.

Bob Henry — CEO and Co-Founder

Mr. Henry has over 26 years of experience as a systems engineer and consultant. He left a consulting position at Pimco Funds to develop RETAIL in the basement of Goodwins Market in 1993. There he got a firsthand understanding of how critical the POS software is to the whole operation. He and Martin Goodwin worked closely to develop RETAIL. Currently he oversees all aspects of IT RETAIL's operations. Mr. Henry received his Bachelor's degree in Math from Gonzaga University.

Terry Ficklin — Vice President of Product Development

Mr. Ficklin has over 25 years of Information Technology experience working in varied capacities in different industries. He has worked at IT Retail for a total of 5 years. His responsibilities include all aspects of development, installation and support of the Retail application. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management with an emphasis in Computer Science from the University of Redlands.

Xing Wu — Director of Technology

Mr. Wu is IT RETAIL's director of new technology. He has 14 years experience as a software developer, and has been with the company for six years. He has a Master's degree in Engineering from Tsing Hua University and a Master's in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Riverside.
