How much does IT Retail cost?
IT Retail charges a monthly fee per lane, and most packages with the POS system and hardware cost under $3,000. Schedule a free demo to see the system and get a custom quote for your store.
Will IT Retail work with my existing registers and deli scales?
In many cases, yes. We’ll review your current equipment during your demo and tell you what you can keep. IT Retail supports price-embedded barcodes and connects directly to CAS deli scales to sync prices and product descriptions.
Do I need a back office computer or server?
No. IT Retail runs in the cloud and plugs directly into your network, so you can check sales reports and manage your store from a tablet, laptop, or your existing computer.
Does IT Retail work with EBT and eWIC?
Yes for EBT. IT Retail accepts EBT, including tax-exempt transactions and partial EBT tenders, and automatically separates EBT-eligible items at checkout. eWIC support is coming soon.
Does IT Retail integrate with major wholesalers?
Yes. IT Retail integrates with several major U.S. wholesalers, and we’re adding more. Wholesalers can send daily or weekly price updates, and IT Retail batches them into your POS.
What happens if I lose my internet connection?
IT Retail keeps scanning and ringing up sales without internet. You can keep taking card payments during an outage or choose to accept cash only, and you control that setting.
