Success stories from our customers

See what our customers are saying about IT Retail!

Excellent support by the team, really an asset to the company, and superb patience in understanding customers' queries. I highly recommend working with IT Retail. Regards,

Rakesh P. - Maharaja Supermarket

The software does what we expected it to do, but it also does a lot more. I know there are a lot of features that we haven’t even scratched the surface of. We have a young labor force and operate in a rural area with limited educational opportunities, so IT Retail’s products have been really user-friendly and easy to learn.

Marquitrice Mangham - Farmacy Marketplace

IT Retail's technical support is excellent, its professionals have almost infinite patience and are trained to support the POS implementation and use process. A thousand thanks to their team who have been a great support for Valley Produce Market.

Diony I. - Valley Produce Market Inc

Great experience with IT Retail & and thank you Rick for the exceptional service. After being a customer (prisoner) of another POS brand for years, I had little hope that there was a solution out there for us. But not anymore! IT Retail and their staff have been there 100% answering the phone, email text, and answering my phone calls by name. I couldn't speak higher of them and their product.

David W. - Union Market

IT Retail and its staff have given our Markets A+ Service over the years. His product knowledge and efficiency is second to none. We are grateful to have an awesome partnership with IT Retail and their great support staff.
